The hotel provides guests with a free shuttle boat service which connects to Saphan Taksin BTS Skytrain station; one of the most efficient transport methods in Bangkok. The skytrain provides access to Bangkok's famous shopping and entertainment areas including Silom Street and Siam Square which is a quick and easy journey from the hotel.

Within easy access by river transportation from the hotel pier is the Grand Palace, Wat Arun Temple of Dawn and the Snake Farm and Bangkok's International airport is only 40 minutes away via the new expressway.

The Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside has a great location by the riverside unfortunately getting there is not so easy as the only close public transport option is the local Bangkok busses, the nearest sky-train (BTS) station at Saphan Taksin is nearly half an hour’s walk away. Although the hotel does offer free transport to the express-boat dock and nearest sky-train station at Saphan Taksin.

From Suvarnabhumi Airport

Airport Public Taxis can be found on Level 1, near entrances no.3,4,7, and 8.
Taxi fare: meter taxi fare plus THB50 airport surcharge and express way fees. Total cost approximately THB 400-500.

There is no Airport Express Bus that travels near to the Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside. But if you take the AE4 Suvarnabhumi-Hua Lamphong and get off at the Maboonkrong (MBK) stop. Then from there take the sky-train (BTS) to Saphan Taksin Station on the Silom Line and follow the directions below to get to the Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside.

By Skytrain (BTS)
The closest sky-train station to the hotel is the Saphan Taksin Station on the Silom line. It is unfortunately a good 25-30mins walk away, but the hotel does offer a free shuttle boat service, every half hour, to and from the Sathorn Express Boat Pier. If you want to walk however exit the Saphan Taksin BTS Station on the southern side away from Robinsons. Take the first right on to Charoen Krung Road and continue walking for about 1.6 kilometres. Look for Charoen Krung 72/3 Road, leading to the river, on your right hand side. Turn down Charoen Krung 72/3 Road and at the end you, after about 200 metres will find the Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside.

By Bus
There is a bus stop very close to the Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside on Charoen Krung Road roughly 100 metres before the road on which the hotel is located. The busses that service this route are:
